Dmitri Rybchinskiy began his football career playing for FC Nika. Soon he was noticed by Torpedo, in which he spent about a year. In 2012, Rybchinsky came to the Lokomotiv Academy, and in 2015 he was invited to the training camp with the youth team. Together with the youth team, Dmitry won the Russian championship in 2016.
In the 2018/19 season, Rybchinskiy played for Kazanka, and on July 15, 2019 he made his debut for the main team in the match against Rubin. Dmitri scored his first goal for Lokomotiv on October 24, 2020 against Rotor.
